Frequently Asked Questions

Comfort is key. We recommend wearing loose, comfortable clothing. Robes, slippers, and towels are provided for spa treatments. For massages or body treatments, you may undress to your level of comfort—your privacy and dignity will always be respected.

Yes. Please arrive at least 10–15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time to check in, relax, and prepare for your treatment. Arriving late may shorten your service time.

We recommend booking ahead, especially for weekend or evening appointments, to ensure your preferred time and service provider are available

We kindly ask for at least 6 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. Appointments cancelled with less notice may be subject to a fee
